December 2009 Conference in Cuba

Reflecting on all of the tremendous experiences that Bro. Garry Morrison and I were blessed with on this most recent outreach to eastern Cuba, I can only exclaim from my heart, “Glory to GOD in the highest”! It was certainly one of the most awesome time of ministry that we have experienced in communist Cuba. I knew that it would be, because of all of the prior attacks that we were receiving on our website, from Muslim hackers. It was apparent the hackers had specifically targeted our ministry. On three different occasions previous to the Cuba trip, a Muslim terrorist group had successfully targeted EdLacyministries.org. When our viewers would log into the website, they would see things such as an armed terrorist, with slogans such as ‘allah is the only true god’ and threats of death. It was an obvious attack from the enemy himself, to intimidate and to strike fear into our hearts! But greater is He that is in us, than he that is in the world! We have learned through these many years, that when adversity is coming to the child of God, you know GLORY is following close behind, if we will respond in worship of the Lord; trust in the Lord; and submission to the Lord, in the middle of the storm! And friends, the Glory of God was manifested in numerous and powerful ways, throughout this conference in Holguin, Cuba!
